Hi, I'm Gillian.
I've been teaching yoga for almost 10 years and practicing for over 20. I know first hand the benefits yoga can bring to my life and now I want to share it with you.
I get it, I've been there. You toss and turn, witnessing every hour throughout the night. Then drag yourself out of bed in the morning, and 'zombie' your way through the day. You promise yourself that you won't scroll tonight, you'll head to bed early for a good sleep. And then something happens. Before you know it you're sitting up at 11.30pm nowhere near ready for sleep.
It's time for a rethink, and to create meaningful morning and evening rituals to bookend your day. That's why I created the Rise and Rest Challenge. I know how difficult it can be to stick with wellbeing routines, especially heading into autumn and winter. But instead of using the seasons as an excuse, let's use their energy to reset and create new routines to support our wellness.
